We’re All Mad Here!
In July 2022, Dream Tale Puppets premiered “Alice, or the Red King’s Dream.” With this joyful and inspiring imagination show (“Curiouser and curiouser!”), in which you find characters and motifs from Lewis Carroll’s masterpieces, we invite you to join in foraging for meaning in partly nonsensical fantasy worlds.

The Whimsy Workbench
Puppets for the next production are being created, and for this play, we adapted a folk tale about a fisherman, and his wife. The story follows two heroes who find themselves again and again in richer and more complicated worlds, and they are surrounded by increasingly more peculiar people they have never met before.

Meet the Founder
Jacek Zuzanski was educated in Poland, where he worked as an actor, stage director, designer, and teacher. For the last 20 years, Jacek has lived in the US and has worked in schools, theaters, and cultural centers.
Since 2018, he has been fully committed to developing the Dream Tale Puppets' new programs and expanding the theater’s mission.
