The Woods Hole Public Library hosted a figurine puppet workshop on Tuesday, April 21, at 2 pm. The event welcomed children who enjoy creating and crafting, along with their caregivers.

Participants learned how to make unique puppet figurines using found objects gathered from nature, as well as yarn, fabric scraps, and other intriguing materials. Step by step, they assembled expressive and imaginative figures, discovering how simple elements can come together in surprising ways. The workshop was led by Jacek Zuzanski and Sarah Kahn, joined by our young assistant Helen Faye.

The workshop unfolded in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, and the finished figurines went home with their creators, ready to inspire joyful tabletop puppetry play.
